These terms govern your use of Replico, a screen recording and sharing service at replico.dev and its desktop app. Replico is operated by Blume ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Replico, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Replico lets you record your screen, upload the result, and share it through a link. The service is currently free, with a storage limit per account (see the pricing page). We may change, limit, or discontinue features, and we will try to give notice of significant changes.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, copy, transcode, and serve your files, only as needed to run the service and deliver your links to the people you share them with.
You are responsible for your content and for having the right to upload and share it. Recordings may show other people, their messages, voices, or personal data. Make sure you have any permission or legal basis required before recording and sharing them.
You may not use Replico to upload, share, or link to:
You also may not attempt to break, overload, or bypass the limits of the service, access other people's accounts or files, scrape it, or resell access to it.
If you believe content on Replico is illegal, infringes your rights, or breaks these terms, email [email protected] with:
We review reports promptly and remove or disable access to content that is clearly illegal or in breach of these terms. We may remove content first and ask questions afterwards. We terminate accounts of people who repeatedly infringe rights. If your content was removed, you can contact us to dispute it.
We may remove content, limit your storage, suspend, or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the service or others at risk. You may stop using Replico at any time.
Recordings are stored on our servers and, after a period of time, in an encrypted archive. We take reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or that files will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Replico is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is nothing for the free service). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law, including consumer protection law, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Replico after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Serbia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
